If you spot a factual error, outdated rate detail, broken source or incorrect listing information, contact us through the GoldNepal Contact page. Include the page link, the passage or detail in question, and a source or explanation that will help us check it.

Calculator and listing reports

For a calculator issue, include the inputs you used and the result you saw so the GoldNepal Content Team can try to reproduce it. For a seller, image or business-reference concern, include the relevant page and explain what should be reviewed.

How we handle a report

We will check a report against the cited source or reproduce the calculation where practical. If we confirm a material error, we will correct the page and add a brief dated note when that context helps readers. We do not promise a response time, and a correction request does not by itself establish that a page is wrong.
