1. Platform Role

GoldNepal is an information, discovery, directory, design reference, and lead-generation platform. GoldNepal is not the seller, buyer, broker, jeweller, appraiser, payment processor, escrow provider, shipping provider, or guarantor for transactions between buyers and sellers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. No Checkout Responsibility for Seller Transactions

When a visitor contacts a seller, opens a seller website, uses WhatsApp, Viber, phone, email, social media, or completes any payment or delivery arrangement, the transaction is between that visitor and the seller. GoldNepal does not hold responsibility for price negotiation, payment, delivery, product quality, purity, hallmarking, warranty, returns, refunds, taxes, customs, loss, delay, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

3. Rates, Calculators, and Market Information

Gold and silver rates, currency conversions, calculator results, purity values, making charge estimates, and measurement conversions are provided for information and comparison. They are not final shop quotes, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of the price a seller will offer. Final quotes may vary based on purity, weight, making charge, wastage, stones, finish, tax, seller margin, availability, location, payment method, and delivery terms.

4. Listings and Public References

GoldNepal may publish store profiles, jewellery listings, design references, contact links, images, descriptions, and URLs based on seller submissions, public business pages, public websites, public social profiles, and manual research. GoldNepal may edit, format, summarize, attribute, link, disable, or remove listings to support discovery and avoid confusion. Store owners and rights holders may request correction or removal.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to verify seller identity, product details, purity, hallmarking, weight, price, making charge, return terms, payment safety, delivery terms, and legal compliance before completing any transaction. Users must not misuse the website, scrape it abusively, submit false information, impersonate others, interfere with security, upload harmful content, or use GoldNepal for fraud, spam, illegal trading, or rights infringement.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, contact channels, catalog content, product information, prices, images, availability, policies, taxes, licenses, customer communication, fulfillment, warranty, and legal compliance. Sellers must have rights to submit or authorize content they provide to GoldNepal.

7. Intellectual Property

GoldNepal's name, platform structure, page design, copy, components, database organization, and original content belong to GoldNepal or its licensors. Third-party business names, logos, product images, designs, trademarks, and source materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to a seller or product does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship unless clearly stated.

8. Account and Subscription Features

GoldNepal may offer free or paid plans, seller registration, child websites, marketplace listing, directory profiles, future ecommerce upgrades, and admin roles. Feature availability, approval workflows, commissions, listing fees, and plan terms may change. Development or sample records may be used for testing and may not represent live offers.

9. Disclaimers

GoldNepal is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, ranking performance, seller response, stock availability, exact prices, or successful leads. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldNepal disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldNepal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or transaction-related losses arising from use of the website, seller communications, listings, third-party websites, payment arrangements, delivery issues, or buyer-seller disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when features, legal needs, data sources, seller workflows, or platform requirements change. Continued use of GoldNepal after an update means you accept the updated terms.
